spinnyes Egypt is now hiring "Branch Manager" with the following details:Responsibilities: ·Achieve store sales and profitability target in line with company’s objectives following the company strategy and guidelines; monitor expenditure up to budget. ·Monitor shop floor to ensure customers are effectively assisted by store team and collect feedback to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner ·Ensure healthy stock level and full range of items are available through accurate review of orders; follow up on returns to suppliers in timely manner, disposing of waste and damage as per policy and carrying out cycle count effectively in coordination with relevant departments. ·Coordinate with trading department to set store planogram for suitable display and layout and coordinate with marketing team. ·Ensure implementation of all company related policies, guidelines and country laws in relation to health and safety, food hygiene, products expiry, labor law, environment, etc. · Present Periodic store results to Operations Director, suggest action plan and assist in business plan creation and implementation.
